Youth Private Providers support the privatization philosophy of state government by contracting with the Division of Child and Family Services, Division of Juvenile Justice Services, and Juvenile Court. Our members provide services for at-risk youth, including counseling, residential care, foster/proctor homes, and psychiatric treatment. Our population includes juvenile offenders, drug abusers, delinquents, and victims of abandonment, abuse, and neglect. We have many examples of success for youth and their families in our programs.
Youth Private Providers deliver a highly beneficial service to the state’s at-risk youth. We are committed to promoting the abilities of our youth and their families who are failing in society. The prevention and early intervention we provide translates into substantial savings to the state when custody placements and incarcerations are avoided.
